I have a question about using my Prezzee eGift Card – who can I ask?

How long is the Promotion Purchase Period?

The promotion starts for valid purchases made between 12:00am (AEST) on 01/10/23 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 31/12/23.

 

How long is the Promotional entry period?

The promotion entry period starts 12:00am (AEST) on 01/10/23 and ends 11:59pm (AEDT) on 07/01/24, or once 2,422 entries have been received.

 

Where is the promotion running / where do I need to purchase from?

Any independent pet store or veterinary clinic that has opted-in to the promotion and has promotional materials during the active promo period

 

Which products can I buy to enter the promotion? 

  • Credelio™ PLUS 6 pack, or
  • Credelio™ PLUS 3 pack

 

How can I enter the promotion?

  1. Buy any of the valid products from a participating store and keep your receipt
  2. Visit www.credeliopluspromo.com.au and enter your personal details (Name, Address, Email, Mobile) 
  3. Upload a photo or scanned copy of your receipt as proof of purchase for the participating product/s (make sure the date of purchase, product and store name are visible on the uploaded image)
  4. You’ll find out instantly on screen, the value of the gift card that you will receive
  5. All claims are subject to verification

 

How do I know the value of the Prezzee Smart eGift card I will receive?

Once you have successfully entered you will be notified instantly on screen of the value of your Prezzee Smart eGift Card.  

 

Gift cards will be awarded randomly throughout the promotion, of the following values:

  • $500 Prezzee Gift Card
  • $50 Prezzee Gift Card
  • $10 Prezzee Gift Card

 

What can I use a Prezzee Smart eGift Card for?

Prezzee Smart eGift Cards can be redeemed against any of the following retailers:

  • airbnb
  • BCF
  • Macpac
  • Surf Stitch
  • And many more

 

How long until my eGift Card arrives?

Please allow 2 business days to receive your Prezzee eGift Card.  You will receive your eGift Card to the email address used for your entry into the Credelio Plus Small Escapes promotion.

 

Who can enter?

Entry is open to Australian residents currently living in Australia, aged 18 years and over who fulfil the entry requirements. If you’re under 18 years old, you must have your parent’s/guardian’s consent to enter.



What proof of purchase do I need?

Entrants must keep their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase, and this is required to validate and claim any prize. Failure to show proof of purchase for all entries when requested may result in invalidation of ALL said entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly show the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period, but prior to the entrant submitting an entry into the Promotion.

 

How many times can I enter? How many eGift Cards can I receive?

Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted, and only one (1) eGift Card may be redeemed per entry.
